To whom it may concern,
I had the pleasure of working with Krista Thompson over the past 2 1/2 years as a contractor
with Aquent for the various DirecTV Call Center initiatives.
Throughout the many different cycles of the Call Center projects, Krista continuously proved
her tremendous abilities to not only be a fearless leader and project lead, but was also
responsible for the successful transformation of the comprehensive sales behavior and
customer experience transformation for the centers. Her responsibilities included functioning
as a change agent and coach for center team leads, as well as implementing the curriculum
focused on behavioral and cultural transformation.
Due to the acquisition of DirecTV by AT&T, many budget cuts were made across the
enterprise including the call center programs. The various cycles and ultimate transition of
these programs into new business models under the new enterprise was a challenging and at
times intense working environment. Through it all, Krista always maintained her
professionalism, positive attitude and flexibility. She is an outstanding trainer, team player and
individual and I highly recommend her abilities for any new endeavors and opportunities that
are presented to her in the future.
