The document outlines a filming plan for a shoot on November 15th. It lists the director, cinematographer and actress attending. Equipment needed includes a DSLR camera, tripod, batteries, SD cards, and zoom recorder. The routine involves meeting at Newbury Park station and filming scenes of the actress at a bus stop and alleyway, including missing the bus, smoking, looking depressed, drinking and smashing a bottle. The director will choose locations and shots while the cinematographer captures the requested footage.
5. Routine
First we agreed to meet at Newbury Park station where we would then proceed to
go and film the scenes for the bus stop and alleyway.
We had to check before hand that the weather was going to be okay and more
specifically dry as this was outdoor scenes and we didn’t want to risk the camera
equipment being damaged.
We also had to check that the batteries were sufficiently charged so we could use
the camera for the required amount of time. Also check that the SD card would
have enough storage space on it.
6. Routine
We had to record ambient sound for when Natalie was at the bus stop, so we used
the zoom to record these sounds, which could then just be easily transported to
the editing software at a later date.
We then had to film the bus stop scenes where she would firstly miss the bus, sit
down at the bus stop whilst being reflective and then light a cigarette and start
smoking.
We would then make our way to the alleyway where we had to film her entering,
sitting there looking dismal and depressed and then have her drinking alcohol and
smashing the bottle then exiting.
7. Routine
Director will be responsible for choosing the location within the place we have
scouted, they will also say what shots and angles they want for the production
Cinematographer – will then carry out what the director wants and ensure that all
of the shots are in focus and they are clear.
