The main premise of the I Don’t music
video is to capture the audience’s
attention and convey the feelings of
entrapment, loneliness, and self
actualization.

Songs like I Don’t tend to have a mushy-
gushy relationship or bad breakup storyline,
but we wanted to capture those feelings in a
different way, again, through the feelings of
entrapment, loneliness, and self actualization
within a doll house.

Cat Ridgeway is a Indie Soul singer/songwriter from Orlando, Florida. Cat has worked on a few
videos for her songs such as Keep it Slow, Aspen, and Giving You Up. Most notably in her Aspen
video Cat plays the main star which gave her experience in taking the lead and showing
emotion. Cat is looking to expand her audience to a younger following and this music video will
have a more artsy and symbolic tone, unlike most the videos Cat has made in the past. We are
expanding on the ideas of being lonely and feeling trapped in a relationship with an addition of
comedic relief to the music video to match Cat’s personality.

Sam Torres is a Film Masters degree student at Full Sail University. Sam has worked on projects
such as The Field, Ghost Nights Pt.1 and Pt.2. Sam really knows his way around the camera! He
has worked on multiple sets and has helped shoot music videos in the past. Sam will be able to
bring the story to life as he knows unique camera and shot techniques that will be needed. He
also excels at directing actors through scenes, which will be needed for the I Don’t music video.

Daniel Cloud Campos would be the director of choice to work with. Daniel directed the This Is
Gospel music video for Panic At The Disco, which was inspiration for the I Don’t music video.
Daniel is an actor and director and has worked on projects such as Step Up, The Greatest
Showman, and Now by Paramore. Daniel is very talented when it comes to dance and
choreography which would help with the overall message for the I Don’t music video.
