not easy
Hotel meeting rooms are a hassle to book:
• Browse the web for a suitable location.

prices.
• Negotiate with host staff on coffees and amenities.
• Give your credit card over the phone or worse, fax a form
• Check in with staff.
• Checkout with staff.
• Face the final invoice - rarely being what you expected it to be.

Meeting and collaborating is
not easy
Public spaces are not suitable for most business:

inconvenient locations.
