EDV - Key Information
Key Information Overview
Fund Structure The fund will be an Limited Partnership structure. As an Australian based fund, it will be
structured as an Early Stage Venture Capital Limited Partnership, subject to approval
from Innovation Australia.
Extreme Digital Ventures The manager of the Extreme Digital Fund
Term 10 years
Target Fund Size $50M AUD
Eligible Investors The fund is open to institutional, strategic, wholesale and sophisticated investors.
Investments will be as a limited partner.
Management Fee 2.5% of funds under management for the first five years, payable quarterly in advance.
Performance Fees 20% of profits. Initial available capital will be returned to LPs plus 6 % IRR hurdle. After
all LP capital is returned, there will be a 100% catch-up to the GP until an 80:20 split of
profits is achieved at which point that ratio will be maintained for further distributions.

in Australia focused on Spatial Computing.
This investment is an excellent opportunity for strategic investors seeking to gain
both technical and financial exposure to early stage, leading edge technology in the
fields of XR/AI/Robotics/IoT- sectors that will transform our daily lives.
Investors who invest as limited partners $A5m or more will be offered a seat on the
Advisory Committee.
For investments between $A2m-$5m, Extreme Digital Fund will enter into a side
letter with the investor which allows the investor to look at deal flow and an option to
co-invest in portfolio companies.
This arrangement is a unique opportunity for investors to gain access to a global
deal flow of investments which might otherwise never be accessed.
