Initial Learning Program (ILP) provides trainings for fresh recruits in TCS on various
domains and streams. I was involved in conducting and managing training in
Mainframe and Testing streams.
Responsibilities:

VSAM,CICS), Manual and Automated testing.
 Managed Mainframe training stream at Hyderabad, by managing resource
