 Over 5 years of professional experience with around 4 years of SAP experience as a Functional Consultant in
SAP QM for SAP R/3 – ECC 6.0, in various faces of SAP implementation, Go-Live and Production support.
 Successfully completed four end to end implementations in SAP QM.
 SAP consulting experience across different industry sector such as Fabricate, Food and beverage
manufacturing, Ceramic Industry.
 I have the certificate SAP Certified Application Associate - Quality Management With SAP ERP 6.0 EHP5
 Experience covers all aspects of the implementation process including business process analysis, requirements
gathering, design, complete system configuration, testing, end-user training, and production support.

developments/enhancements.
Responsibilities:
 Experience Covers QM blueprinting, realization, testing/validation, cutover and go-live activities.
 Configured, Designed and Implemented Catalogs, Inspection Characteristics, Inspection Methods, Sample
Determination, QM-Specific Data in Material Master and Dynamic Modification Rules.
 Designed, Configured and Implemented Planning Control Chats, Control Chats in Inspection Processing for
Statistical Process Control (SPC)
 Designed and Configured Material Specification, Inspections Plans for Inspection Planning.
 Processing of Inspection Plans with Reference to Operation Sets, Processing of Header Data, Processing of
Operations, Processing of Inspection Characteristics in Quality Planning.

 Implemented and Configured the Quality inspection for goods movement – responsible to create lot with respect
to goods movement.
 Defined inspection type for Plant Maintenance – important integration link with plant maintenance to inspect
equipment and gauges.
 Set up Batch management and active ingredient management for all key Materials
 Define and confirm the Bill of material, Routing, Production work center & production order.
 Release the production order and check the QM part of it.
