Duties:
Project Management:
 Currently handling the entire Retail and hospitality range. It includes product ranging
from Track lights, COB downlighters, Sea-through panels,deep-recessed and Glare cut
downlighters,AR 111 LED Lamps etc.
 Responsible for developing A+B+C and A+B modules for smooth execution and
product launch.
 Regular Interaction with suppliers across the globe, managing the effective collaboration
and finally coordinating with them to get the end product developed.
 Handled Sylvania India range and developed a cost effective range for Hospitality and
retail chain.
 Developed the entire range of COB downlighters containing 96 SKUs in estimated time
frame of 3 months.
 Regularly taking follow-ups with marketing,Validation and Vendors to launch the
products in the definite time frame.

2. Product Development:
 Plan unique products by assessing and studying the market trends along with the
sales/trade partners.
 Benchmarking the other products and developing the new products according to latest
methodologies.
 Design market research projects to assess customer attitudes to the current product range
and new product introductions.
 Designing the new products according to latest BIS regulations adhering to IEC
60598,IEC 61000.
 Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
 Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
 Implementing Cost Innovation plan.
Vendor Management:
 Develop a good Quality Tooling Vendor Base.
 Vendor Support by making them aware about the new products of the company.
 Procurement and total analysis of the costing provided by the vendors.
 Constantly analyzing the data and preparing the reports on the basis of that so that
product quality can be improved.
 Regularly maintaining and taking updates of production at Vendor’s End.

 Responsible for the developments of whole range of Ambro and Flexion
Seriesdownlighters. The wattage ranges were from 3W-45W.
 Sparkle seriesdownlighterranging from 10/20/30/40W.
 Fio track light series-15-25-35W both horizontal and vertical type.(High CRI -90)
 StelloSeries:Deep recessed downlighters-with both adjustable and fixed base.
 Edgelite and Backlite panels:Complete range with UGR and non UGR panels ranging
from 20W to 45 W - 90 – 125 Lumen /Watt.
 Trimless series:New concept which lloks like Flush light coming from the ceiling.
 Strip lights : Both IP 20 and IP 65 versions with RGB and remote controlled versions.
 Bulkhead Series: IP 54 - for CLUM and IP 65 for PLUM divisions.
 LED Batten series: 5W/9W/18W LED-Batten for C LUM divisions, 100 Lumen/Watt.
