SYNOPSIS
Presently I am working with AMTEK RAILCAR INDUSTRIES, CHANDIGARH (Sister-
concern of Stesalit Limited) as a EXECUTIVE ENGINEER in ENGINEERING DEPT.

Previously I have worked with STESALIT LTD. Baddi (H.P) as a Production &
Maintenance Engineer.

Engineering Skills
Working as EXECUTIVE ENGINEER in ENGINEERING DEPT. since Jan 2014. Design &
manufacturing equipment to work on 25 KV AC, 50 Hz Electric locomotive of the type WAG7/
WAP-4, WAP-5, WAP-6, WAP-7 & WAG-9 for Indian Railways running on broad gauge
manufacturing for CLW/BHEL.
Duties:
Maintain a Control on all Engineering documents e.g. Schedule of Technical Requirements
(STR), RDSO Specification, RDSO/Other Railway /Stesalit Drawings, Product Manual,
2. IS/BIS/IEC Documents, Purchase Specification, Maintenance Instructions of Indian Railway,
Maintenance Instructions drawn by Stesalit etc.
Preparation of Document as per ISO 9001-2008 requirements.
Preparation of Engineering documents. Such as Engineering Bill of Materials (EBOM) and
Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM) for all the assemblies / sub assemblies and
components.
Provide support to R&D department regarding new items to design and give design for
Manufacturing (DFM) to respective HOD’S of the products as verified by the senior authority.
Finalize Process flow chart and Process for manufacturing the product.
Preparation of Quality Assurance Plan Documents.
Support production planning, procurement,manufacturing and inspection.
Preparation of Stesalit all Vendor Directory as per CLW/ RDSO .

Working as a Production & Maintenance Engineer in Rectifier Division since Sep. 2011.
Manufacturing High Power Silicon Diode Rectifiers which are designed to work on 25 KV AC, 50 Hz
for Electric loco of the type WAG7/ WAP4 for Indian Railways running on broad gauge
manufacturing for CLW/BHEL.
Worked on project of 7 bridge rectifier for CLW.
Worked on project of 4 bridge rectifier For CLW.
Worked on project of AMR(Alternator Mounted Rectifier) for Diesel Locomotives DMW.
Worked on project of EMU(Electric Multiple Unit) Rectifier for central railways.
Duties:
Planning for production either on monthly or weekly basis.
Ensure the staff and workmen to work accordingly to achieve the desired production target.
Reduce rejection level during in-process and lookout for continuous improvement.
3. Production process which includes assembly and wiring of all types of Damping panels (AC, DC
& Earthing).
Preparing BOM’s as per job requirement.
Testing process which includes performing tests such as current distribution test, high voltage
tests, Temperature rise test etc.
Committed to quality standards throughout the process.
Supervising all inspection activities at the time of External inspection.
Providing all production related documents during audits and inspection.
Functional Testing of Product including Routine Test and joint inspection in presence of an
inspector from CLW & DMW.

Research and develop the product Master Controller of Electric Loco for Indian Railways
on the behalf of Stesalit Ltd as a Senior Engineer.
Develop and rectify the obstacles in the performance of 4 and 7 parallel bridge and modify 3
Parallel Bridge Rectifier to 4 Parallel Bridge Rectifier for Indian Railway on the behalf of
Stesalit Ltd. Baddi.
