My career in technical, marketing and user documentation spans over fifteen years in aerospace,
engineering, and financial companies, with a range of publishing experience that includes: mechanical
paste-up of newspaper advertising spots, editing and word processing of engineering and information
technology documents; storyboarding, illustrating and titling executive presentations; and proposal
development. While remaining conscious of standards and best practices, I approach my work creatively,

My eight years work experience in information technology, as a UNIX systems administrator and

and application functionality. This has allowed me to quickly develop expertise in new technologies and
techniques, troubleshoot problems with the applications I use, and develop methods and practices to
reduce error and redundancy. Process improvement is a concept I embrace whole-heartedly and employ
in my everyday activities.
Comprehension of information technology concepts and tools has proven useful the creation and
