9. Focus - Leverage the Pareto
Principle
– On the average, 80% of your daily achievement is a result of 20% of
your time
– Because you are focused and have full concentration only 20% of the day
– Because your brain is working at full capacity only 20% of the day
– Because you spend only 20% of the day doing critical tasks
– Work in 90 minutes spurts. Break for 20 minutes:
for calls, emails, talk, and stroll.
