o Saudi Kayan Project for MEG/DEG/TEG/AT/BNZ/Raw Hexane and N-Butanol
project at King Fahd Industrial Port, Saudi Arabia.

o Project Idea initiation/Scope of work (SOW)/pre-feasibility & CDP development.
CDP/BEP/FEED/ITB (bidding)/DEP30%, 60%, 90% & 100% design/ up to PSSR/ and
commissioning & final as-built documentation. Hazop/ PHA/ LOPA/ SIL / SAFER study
sessions on each product lines/nodes and the facility. Ensuring HCIS approval with NFPA
standards.Project schedules, RFIs & reviewing QA/QC documents. Management of change
(MOC) on a project.
Nimir Chemicals worked as Divisional Manager, 1995/2008

o Reliability and Maintenance of all the equipment at Plant.
o Planning Scheduling/Predictive/Preventive maintenance

o Budgeting the Annual expenditures (revenue)/capital costing.
o SPECIAL PROJECT: Engineering/design/erection of Phthalic Anhydride Reactor,

o Managing and controlling all the Plant erection matters at Site, Implementing the project
construction strategies, monitoring for best possible available resource management.

applicable Codes: ASME, Sec. I & VIII. Piping, etc. for 80 t/h, 60 t/h, 50 t/h and 45 t/h
