7. Eligibility For Applying Should have taken OR shall be taking admission in AICTE approved PGDM 2011-13 (Proof of Admission Required for selected candidates)

Eligibility For Applying Should Furnish on Selection, The applicable Entrance Test Score/Registration No. with proof, Date of Birth Proof and Personal Identity Proof, Residence Proof all Academic Transcripts in original along with photocopies, duly attested by Gazette Officer. All the information submitted in Registration form should match with the Original Documents.

24. Jury The decision on the Final list of Merit Scholarship Candidates shall be taken by a Jury comprising of a few eminent members which would include Chairman of the Society, Secretary of the Society, 2 other members of the Society and Two Faculty members of AKGIM, Ghaziabad.

25. Judgment of the Jury shall be Final and All the results shall be published on the website. No request for reconsideration or reevaluation of the Merit list shall be entertained. Disclaimer

27. Cancellation of Merit Scholarship In case the information provided by the selected candidate is found to be False or Missing, his candidature shall be cancelled and the same will be awarded to the next candidate in the Merit list.
