Job Title
    Director – Intake and Analysis
          Reports to National Vice President of Strategy and Planning
Summary
The position of National BDPA Director of Intake and Analysis and reports to the National Vice President
of Strategy and Planning. The National Director of Intake and Analysis solicits feedback on BDPA and the
IT industry to help position BDPA as a value add service provider to its members. This role is responsible
for executing the Intake and Analysis duties.
Duties
The Director performs the following duties personally or through others:
   • Coordinate internal and external surveys to understand BDPA position in IT Industry
   • Develop and execute the information intake process
   • Provides updates and recommendations on Stakeholder management
   • Provides information on the IT industry and recommendations for BDPA participation
Tasks
•     Work with National VP of Membership Management and National VP of Member Services to get
      feedback from members on BDPA programs and services.
•     Assists the National Vice President of Business Management and Conference Leadership team to
      collect and put lessons learned into action with National Conference
•     Provides monthly status updates on the progress of planned projects and initiatives within the Intake
      and Analysis business area.
•     Provides details of stakeholder and industry feedback with short and long term actionable
      recommendations or for future BDPA strategic consideration.

Qualifications
•     Be a member “in good standing” as determined by the National Bylaws and confirmed by the National
      Membership Management business area
•     Be able to dedicate from two (4) to six (6) hours per week on National BDPA business.
•     Be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing, the plans and metrics of the National
      Strategy and Planning business area
•     Be able to establish and manage the operational budget of the National Strategy and Planning
      business area
•     Be committed to the mission of the National BDPA.
•     Be detail-oriented.
•     Be self motivated and able to work alone and in teams.
•     Currently or have formerly served in a leadership role at the local chapter level.
•     Must be a financially current member
•     Not occupy an office of leadership within another National Business Area.
•     Possess proven time, planning, scheduling, resource and project management skills.

VJD, Director, Intake and Analysis

  • 1. Job Title Director – Intake and Analysis Reports to National Vice President of Strategy and Planning Summary The position of National BDPA Director of Intake and Analysis and reports to the National Vice President of Strategy and Planning. The National Director of Intake and Analysis solicits feedback on BDPA and the IT industry to help position BDPA as a value add service provider to its members. This role is responsible for executing the Intake and Analysis duties. Duties The Director performs the following duties personally or through others: • Coordinate internal and external surveys to understand BDPA position in IT Industry • Develop and execute the information intake process • Provides updates and recommendations on Stakeholder management • Provides information on the IT industry and recommendations for BDPA participation Tasks • Work with National VP of Membership Management and National VP of Member Services to get feedback from members on BDPA programs and services. • Assists the National Vice President of Business Management and Conference Leadership team to collect and put lessons learned into action with National Conference • Provides monthly status updates on the progress of planned projects and initiatives within the Intake and Analysis business area. • Provides details of stakeholder and industry feedback with short and long term actionable recommendations or for future BDPA strategic consideration. Qualifications • Be a member “in good standing” as determined by the National Bylaws and confirmed by the National Membership Management business area • Be able to dedicate from two (4) to six (6) hours per week on National BDPA business. • Be able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing, the plans and metrics of the National Strategy and Planning business area • Be able to establish and manage the operational budget of the National Strategy and Planning business area • Be committed to the mission of the National BDPA. • Be detail-oriented. • Be self motivated and able to work alone and in teams. • Currently or have formerly served in a leadership role at the local chapter level. • Must be a financially current member • Not occupy an office of leadership within another National Business Area. • Possess proven time, planning, scheduling, resource and project management skills.
