BDPA Corporate Sponsorship Program Rationale  This corporate sponsorship program is designed to: Link BDPA strategic initiatives to the objectives of the corporation  Provide a forum to interact with other IT and HR industry leaders and professionals  Increase exposure opportunities to technically competent and diverse IT professionals and students  Enhance loyalty in the corporation amongst employees and customers  Supply corporations with National BDPA recognition  Provide means for corporations to support BDPA programs  Give the corporation an entry point in support of national BDPA and the local chapter programs

Corporate Sponsorship Process Flow Distribute Corporate Marketing Package. Hold preliminary meeting. Submit written proposal. Hold formal presentation meeting. Funds disbursement and receipt. Provide recognition and show appreciation. Increase corporate employee participation. Provide periodic status reports. Seek renewal and additional funds disbursement

What We Need From You to Make this Program Work All support must be documented on the Corporate Portfolio Registration Form.  The portfolio is THE single document shared externally with all corporate contacts.  All corporate sales activity must be documented in salesforce.com.
Benefits to Chapters Participating in the National Sponsorship Program Basic National Corporate Sponsor Package (f.k.a. Section A):  Participating in this selection is the only means corporations have access to the BDPA Career Center National is responsible for the programs in this package i.e. Web Link, Web Banner, Quarterly Corporate Sponsor Workshop, National Media Partnership) The chapters receive 10 corporate membership names and $500.00 High School and College Student Programs National Conference Sponsorship and Support Advertising Opportunities In-Kind Donations National BDPA Programs Local Chapter Sponsorship
BDPA Corporate Sponsorship Program Recognition Levels  Sponsorship Recognition Levels are based on support provided to BDPA at the national or local level.  Sponsorship can be financial or in-kind (donation of equipment, software, services or other non-cash items).
BDPA Corporate Sponsorship Program Recognition Levels Recognition levels provided by BDPA to the corporation are achieved by collectively adding the amounts from all the national and local chapter sponsorships:   Platinum Corporate Sponsor  $100,000 Gold Corporate Sponsor $  50,000 Silver Corporate Sponsor $  25,000 Bronze Corporate Sponsor $  10,000 Corporate Sponsor $  5,000 Corporate Supporter Anything less than  $5,000

Local Chapter Sales Team Leader  BDPA Education and Technology Foundation (BETF) The National BDPA Corporate Sales Team consists of the President, President Elect, Executive Director, Corporate Sales Director and the Account Managers
