integral part of the well diversified Shri Prem Chand Sharma Group which has
interests in Film Exhibition (Satyam Theatre, Sarang Theatre) and Clean Tech. With
an impeccable track record spanning 35 years, the same group is comprised of over
100 ABA in multiple offices in India and abroad. The group is headquartered in Delhi,
India, with network offices and Authorized Business Associates (ABA) spread across
multiple cities in India.
The same group in its past 3 decades has grown, not only grown but evolved and
has diversified its dimensions in leaps and bounds.
The initiative was taken by Mr. Prashant Sharma (Managing Director) along with Mrs.
Uma Sharma (Director) in December 2013 and in a short span of time PRIMOTECH

Critical Analysis of Social presence of Primotech Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd.-
a. The analysis of online presence of any company starts with its own
website. The website of Primotech Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Was
created on 13th March 2013 and has been updated only 26 times as on
date. The page load time was 2.288 seconds which was a good thing
but the page had only a limited set of keywords and there was not a
single keyword that could define it in the search results as there was no
mention of any of its products or work like solar, LED etc. The webpage
was quite good and in spite of large amount of pictures the page size
was not very big, hence faster the load time.
Our take-aways- We should focus more on incorporating more number
of keywords related to the field of work like Solar, LED, Solar Water-
Heater, rooftop.
b. The Facebook page of Primotech Energy Solutions has about 381
people who like it and about 377 people following it. The posts were
quite dominant in the initial phase of its creation but now it has stopped
posting with the last post being of 2014 which is approximately 3 years
back. The Facebook page lacks content and has limited number of
pictures. Hence, we can work upon to increase the number of posts
and build engagement.
c. The LinkedIn page of Primotech Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has only 27
followers and lacks content in all forms be it posts, information, pictures
and/or videos. LinkedIn is one of the major areas where we can work
upon.
d. Primotech Energy joined Twitter on March 21, 2013 but has only 5
followers till date with no regular tweets. Regular Tweets will help
increase the number of followers and hence more awareness about the
company and the products.
6. SEGMENTATION, TARGETING AND POSITIONING
By segmentation and targeting, we come across these following target groups: -
Colleges and Institutes- They are the major areas which can be of utmost
importance to us as they are the ones that need constant limited amount of
power and mostly during daytime which are the USP of our products. The
institutes would be a major source of our business. Hence, we should
approach them with our plan and discuss with them how our project could
help them reduce their electricity expenditure.
Residential Buildings and Industries- Our solar light solutions and solar
water heaters would be the major products that would be in demand by them.
Government Initiatives and Agricultural lands- The Led street lights would
be the major products in these segments.
Positioning- We would project ourselves as the best solution to all energy and
lighting problems as our services would be the best in the industry as we treat our
customers with utmost care. We listen patiently listen to them, understand their
requirements and present to them the most effective cost-friendly solution in the best
of time.

provide in terms of solar energy solutions in various domains such as solar
roof-top, solar water heater and solar lighting solutions.

of various trends and latest happenings in the field of solar technologies. Our
content would basically revolve around what all we have done till now for our

As far as social media is concerned, we would create a blog which would contain
relevant articles about the fields such that the reader on the other side can know
what all is happening in the area of Solar Lighting and energy technologies. Place
the blog prominently on your website, containing information you wish to convey to
site visitors that’s too extensive for a short advertisement.
We could communicate with our customers via an email newsletter. Create a link on
the website allowing visitors to sign up for email notices, newsletters and ads
through their email. Collect the email signups and add them to a mailing list. Keep
mailings rare, though, about two to four times a month, to avoid spamming and
losing customers' interest.
We would promote our blog on LinkedIn and Facebook and on Twitter. Our
employees could post on various articles where information about Solar is written
and name our company in the comments such that the reader could be directed to
our landing page which would contain additional information about the topic. This
page would also consist of a real- time query resolver tool (like How may I help you?)
that would always be ready to resolve all the doubts of the people while in office
hours or otherwise the query could be reported and when back in action, the query
could be resolved. Also, we would promote our blog on LinkedIn as it the best
available option to get in touch of representatives of various companies and builders.
Our campaigns would be high in Info-Graphic content with lot of designing in terms
of quality and creativity like playing with Solar, Solar can do anything where we could
make people aware of how Solar Energy Solutions could bring about a total change
in their lives and also attract people to implement this to reduce their electricity bills
and move towards to a greener future.
The frequency could be about 7 posts per week on Facebook where we would tell
about various work we are doing in the field. Also, some campaigns could tell that we
did this for this company and now they have achieved this. Even you can do this with
us. We could even promote our employees along with their educational background
and achievements on Facebook. We could even present a virtual tour of our
company on our website and on Facebook. We could include testimonials from the

On YouTube, we can present about 2 videos a month sharing experiences of
working for and with company by both clients and employees. We could even share
some videos of the whole process of installation of solar panels and manufacturing
of electricity. Even the technical process can also be discussed and made the
viewers aware of it.
Our ad campaigns would be consisting of an easy solution of all the solar lighting
and energy solutions work of our company with a worker diligently working on a
laptop and listening to the client who is also sitting with him. By clicking on this, the
user directly comes to the landing page where we tell them about our work and what
is the methodology we apply for doing the work.
