10+ Years Experience in Industrial Automation
An enthusiast of industrial automation, started from scratch as
maintenance engineer then moved into industrial equipment
manufacturing field, then excelled in to industrial automation
sector and keep on exploring new opportunities in several
industries. As nature of job is service oriented, so become a
vast traveller which created learning opportunities from job, as
well as from society. As such learning nurtured social
responsibilities well, to care for Society and Mother Nature.
Strongly believes that knowledge is the only tool which will
bring prosperous and equality in society and it must be spread
out. Just began the journey to pay back the society.

5. R. MAHENDRAN B.E.(EEE) MBA.,
10 Years Experience in Wind Energy Sector
As a great lover of nature, started my professional life from so
called level zero as a service engineer, within a short duration fall in love
with wind industry, where amble of challenges we faced during this 10
years were converted as opportunities. In returns it’s elevated me as an
expert in the following areas, wind farms performance monitoring and
verification, Power performance validation, Design Verification and
Validation, Wind Resource modeling, wind farm performance
optimization, etc.,
Strongly believe that knowledge at it various forms should be explored
and utilized for the betterment of Individuals and Society which leads to
the equality among us.
As a writer, creative thinker try to find, provide suggestions for the
individual and social challenges. [CAO - GLDM one among that]

In order to ensure the better implementation of “CAO” we pleased to
incorporate following guidelines in all our communications
