sector is because we are big believers of sustainability. We believe
only usage of renewable energy can drive us towards sustainable
development and innovation. More the sustainability more the scope
for innovation
The target of the company is to get major share of the very limited
industry of solar panel manufacturing. We are committed to give our
clients highest level of service possible for the least price possible.
Our goal is to bring this clean, abundant and renewable source of
energy home to you.
We believe, that with your help, solar energy technology can change
the world. By next three years we are planning to maximize the use
of solar panels in public sector and private sectors by collaborations
with the Governments and Corporate companies. So, innovation
maximization through renewable energy can be achieved.
1.Key Partners:
Key partners of this company would be the private firms who are
involved in CSR activities and NGO’s. For the company’s involved in
CSR activities this is an easy and better way. Because if they install
solar panels for their buildings then it will help in the electricity bill
reduction and also get points for CSR activities. This is a mutual
benefit for the people and the company. The same also applies for
the NGO’s, it will even help them in their promotion.

Key activity is to promote the renewable energy and provide our
clients with highest level of services for the least price possible.

The key resources for this business are hefty sum of money and
land acquisition. We need to either apply for loan or try to get
investors to invest in our idea by presenting them and convincing
them about our idea.
4.Value Proposition:
There are so many advantages in using renewable sources of
energy. Less pollution, no fuel consumption, low operating costs,
stable traffic of sunlight being the main advantages. Using solar
panels will improve the quality (air, water) of life we are living.
5.Customer Relationships:
Customer relationship is very important aspect for any business.
We think that we can achieve this by providing them with swift and
better services. We also plan on giving our customers an additional
15% subsidy over what the government is giving. This way we think
we can increase our sales and even help in sustainable development.
6.Channels:
The medium of conveying is of utmost importance. The growth of
the company depends on the services we provide and the response
we give to our customers i.e. better the channel better the
company’s future. Hence, we think that besides the website and app
for our company we plan on opening onsite branches and a 24/7
customer care services.
7.Customer Segments:
Customer segments for our business include mid-large
organisations and institutional and private investors. These are the
customer segments that we are aiming at.

The revenue streams include the development fees and also the
monitoring and service fee. These two are the two main aspects of
the revenue stream. Cost structure would include installations fee
mainly and also acquiring the investors is a cost abundant activity,
for the transportation and also presentation of the sample etc.
Major Challenges:
The challenges that we mainly face are of our competitors. This
industry is growing at a very rapid rate and the already established
companies have acquired both land and support of some of the
firms. We have to convince the company’s otherwise to turn them to
our side and getting investors is really a major challenge to be faced
by us.
