your own emotions, and those of the
people around you. People with a
high degree of emotional intelligence
know what they're feeling, what their
emotions mean, and how these
emotions can affect other people.
Like this trees, people with high
emotional intelligence regardless of
weather variation, they remain true
to themselves.
But also try to understand
other people emotions in
order to build effective
relations.

Know yourself by observing how you react to
people and situations
Look at your work and social environment and
people around you
Do a self-evaluation ( your strong and weak
points and have a plan for self improvement)
Examine how you react to stressful situations and
start to learn how to manage your emotions
when things get tough
Take responsibility for your actions
Examine how your actions will affect others –
before you take those actions and be empathic
