INTRODUCTION:
ISO is a name used for the International standard organization is
the world's largest developer and publisher of International
Standards.
Formed on 23 February in 1947 in Geneva, Switzerland
It is federation of national standards bodies of 143 countries.
ISO is a network of the national standards institutes of 159
countries, one member per country, with a Central Secretariat in
Geneva, Switzerland, that coordinates the system.

ISO 9000 is defined as set of international standard
established by International Organization for standard as
the basis for quality management System and quality
assurance.
The first ISO standard were published in 1987.
The ISO revised in 1994 as 9000:1994.
The next end lates version ISO standard were released 2000
and is therefore referred as ISO 9000:2000 standards
