13. CTE IN HIGH SCHOOL
• CTE classes in high school are a course in 16 different tracks of the profession, and are
provided to get the deep knowledge of all of these tracks. Any student who is interested
in getting enrolled in this course can take admission in it when they are in high school.
• These tracks of CTE are for those students who are in middle school, high school, or
secondary school.
• If a high school student takes a sequence of two or more than two CTE courses then this
is called the CTE pathways. These Pathways are designed in a way that connects high
school classes to college, industry certifications
• CTE offers a competency-based curriculum at both the middle and high school
programs
