• Sampling collection
• Raw milk samples are taken from all the raw milk tanks.
Other samples are taken from theuse of clean and
sterile sampling devices .The sample collection area is
first disinfected with
• 70% ethanol and then sterilized by the burning cotton
wood held by tongs.
• Raw milk swabs and tap water are tested for presence
of coli forms and E.coli. Pasteurized milk
• and UHT milk are tested for coli forms, while yoghurt is
tested for coli forms, E.coli, yeasts
