influenced and act upon what's taught/learnt. The film wouldn’t also
contain anything that a kid may feel sensitive about such as bullying
or racism.
3. Parental
Guidance
The ‘PG’ film rating indicates that anyone can watch it and
younger kids can with parental guidance. The films with the PG

younger kids, usually 8 and younger, as it could include mild foul
language, and Concepts of racism and bullying which some kids
may feel sensitive about of pick up habits/ideas from.

The ‘12A’ film rating indicates anyone under 12 years of age

up upon the language and use it in day to day life.

Also the difference between ‘12A’ and ‘12’ is that you can buy /rent
the film if your 12+ where as you cannot buy/rent the film if your
watching a 12A and younger than 12. The ‘12’ rating is a little less
child-friendly then ‘12A’ ratings therefore may include more foul
language, more in-sensitive scenes and sometimes, little/discreet
sexual scenes/references.
