The Abstract-True Model of Faith and Leadership.

I have been reflecting on faith and
religion lately. I have also been
thinking about political and
leadership systems. Most people
know that Democracy is the most
developed of all rules or political
systems we have around. People
understand that Democracy is the
most evolved of all systems and
that it is able to make the world a
better place by avoiding most of
the problems society faces.

For some complicated reasons, we
still have some nations that have
Monarchy and Theocracy as their
political systems. A lot of people
still accept religion as an authority
and the source of their faith and
lead their lives with it. In this
article, I want to discuss a model
that I formulated to categorically
understand Faith and Leadership
concepts and principles, in the
scientific and traditional way.

4. TSEOSOPHRY
The model is called the Abstract-
True Model of Faith and
Leadership. The Abstract Vs True
dichotomy is formed based on the
source of wisdom and knowledge
the faiths or the leadership styles
have. Abstract: An idea or theory
containing various conceptual
elements, typically one considered
to be subjective and not based on
empirical evidence. True: in
accordance with fact or reality.

Abstract Faith is based on
social and traditional
constructs. It is based on
religion. What religion has
is the power of story and
legend. True Faith is based
on facts. It is based on
science. What science has
is the power of
experiments and results.

Abstract Leadership is based
on social and traditional
constructs. It is based on
culture. What culture has is
the power of customs and
traditions. True Leadership is
based on proven methods. It is
based on principles. What
True Leadership has is the
power of social and behavioral
philosophies and studies.

Abstract Faith and
Abstract Leadership
are Archaic, Artistic,
and Cultural. True
Faith and True
Leadership are
Principal, Actual, and
Real.

So, the question is, how can we
make the world a better place?
Democracies, Religions and
Theocracies, and Monarchies
are all institutions. They all
would continue to exist as
associations if they would.
Businesses would be the other
institutions, economic
institutions, we would be
having around.

Political systems should cease to
be defined by land and territory.
They should exist as associations
and must be global and borderless.
Political authority must be
redefined as an Initiative Power.
And initiative power should not be
position, military power, or vested
power attained through elections.
It should be outstanding and
popular wisdom and service
attained through social
entrepreneurship.
