defects in machines and process and paved way for TPM.
• Self-Certification given to 60% of suppliers and reduced inspection time in supplier quality.
• Effectively managed & led a team of 70 Inspectors. Interfaced with all fields of quality.
• Reduced in-house and supplier rejection from 4 % to 0.5 % through CAPA Action
implementations.
• Cost savings achieved by VA/VE Cost reduction and saved 19 MN in plastic molding shop
and Printing. Inventory and vendor debit done and saved 16 MN.
