3. Introduction
1. Placement module is an integral part of Olt-Erp (University Management ERP). And is also available as
a standalone software product. The placement module offers all types of data management related to
the placement of the students right from their Shortlisting in the interview, to the final placement.
1. There are basically two user types in placement modules, i,e admin role and student role. The admin
role, which is governed by the college administration, has all types of rights associated with placements
of a student in the company, whereas the students can create their profiles, CV’s, and apply for the
interview that has been notified or scheduled by the college management.
1. On selection they can be further marked as placed and also can be barred from next interviews in case
if the college management wants.

13. Student Profile
In the Student Profile Section, the Personal Details,
academics details, and professional information is
being created / displayed. Based on which they
apply for any open opportunities available.
The Student Profile section is available on both end
(Admin and Student)
14. Free Profile
In the Free Profile section, the profile of the
company is created and is shown as an opportunity
to students to sit in the placement. In this section
the admin can fill in the details of company in a
specified format.
15. Upload CV
Upload CV Section, here the students can upload their CV’s (Max. two) and can submit it for reference
purposes with the admin while applying for any job.
16. Apply For Opportunities
Applying for Internship , live projects, and final placement also been made easy, through our Placement module.
19. Institute Panel Login.
The admin Panel Login is for Placement Cell / Management where they
can do logins to see and control all the placement related activities.
The admin panel, gives the user full access to all students profiles,
company profiles, and all the opportunities available to them for the
time period.
20. Company Details View.
The Company (Page) displays all the
information about the company which is
coming in the college for campus
recruitment. All the information related to
the company is being feeded here for
reference of the students.

The fields are designed in such a
way that it gives all the precise
information about the person to
make placement communication
better.
22. Student Jobs Offered.
The student jobs offered (Page)
gives the information about
students who had accepted the
placement / live projects /
internship for the set opportunities
available.
23. Sending Mail Option
The admin can send mails to the
desired list of students, about any
notification / opportunities
available by just one click.
25. Additional Control / Features
1. In case, the student is already placed in a company, then the admin can set control over any student to
sit / appear for opportunity available.
2. The admin can define Dream Company Rankings. Under which it is allowed for any one to appear for the
opportunity even if a student is placed in some other company.
3. Sending Notifications through SMS is also available on request, as that requires additional SMS packages
buying requirements.
