This document outlines an intervention plan for students struggling with reading in Grade 2. It identifies 5 students having difficulties like refusal to read, being poor readers, or syllabic reading. Interventions used include daily reading sessions at home and school, using sight words, phrases and sentences, and conducting home visits to monitor progress. The intervention plan's objectives are to decrease non-readers, syllabic, and slow readers. Activities include pre-and post-reading tests, calling parent attention, individualized teaching, and involving the PTA to implement supportive programs.
