− Maintains the work structure by updating manpower report and
manpower plant to Singapore Office
− Maintains organizations staff by establish recruiting, testing and
interviewing program; counseling manager candidate selections,
conducting and analyzing exit interviewing, recommending changes for
Indonesia office and oversea accordance to holding company needs
− Prepared manpower/ employees for project needs, which cover
assignment and employee transfer at Indonesia office and the other office
outside Indonesia
− Corporate with Country & Project Manager for manpower problems they
meet at their team, give solution, suggest actions and change
− Maintain the company payroll and make sure the remuneration is applied
accordance to government regulation
− Making the employee remuneration by posting levels
− Conducting at Employee performance evaluations (contract and permanent
employee) which may result salary adjustment and/ or promotion
− Maintains employees benefit program and inform to employees of benefit
by studying and assessing benefit to give recommendation to Management
− Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable
government regulations
− Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating and
recommending human resources policies and procedures including
handbook legalized by Indonesia Manpower Department
− Maintains the employees historical record designing a filling and retrieval
system; keeping past to current records
− Completed human resources operational requirements by scheduling and

− Maintain and monitoring foreign worker work permit (e.g. RPTKA, IMTA,
KITAS ect) according to Indonesia government regulation
− Make sure and monitoring implementation of company regulation are
applied by government regulation on day-to day

a list of companies, domicile certificate, Ect) are applied according to
Indonesian government regulation
