Supervisor.
Major Responsibilities and Duties:
Receiving:-
1. Supervise receipt of all shipments, process receiving,
discrepancy, and damage reports as needed.
2. Monitoring the load and unload delivery trucks daily.
3. Move inventory to various locations manually and by
operating mechanical equipments.
4. Evaluate complaints received on shipments of
overage/shortage/damage and take appropriate
actions.
5. Supervise warehousing and storage of incoming
materials.
6. Daily monitoring and clearing workflows related to GRIR
(goods receipt/invoice receipt).
7. Monitoring warehouse consumable usage and stock,
creating work orders when required to purchase.

SAP operating system on daily basis.
2. Providing SAP training for the new comers on PGS
warehouse operative role (Material management &
