Performed crane operations including daily checks – worked in the Crane Team (6 personnel) and
supported the Rig Team (150 personnel)
Carried out lifting, banksman, slinging and helideck duties as directed and in accordance with
company OH&S procedures and effectively used all safety and environmental tools
Provided assistance to the welder, mechanic and electrician to ensure the maintenance of the crane,
rig's machinery and equipment in accordance with company maintenance procedures
Assisted in the care, protection, maintenance and preparation of tubulars on the pipe deck
Mixed mud chemicals and updated material safety data sheets, cleaned pit / tank / decks and
maintained pump room
Trained to use spray paint gun and developed knowledge of marine grade paint systems to perform
regular steel preparation and painting
