joint venture group of Otsuka Koki Co. Ltd. (JAPAN) & Venus Industrial Co. Pvt. Ltd. (INDIA), Group is leading
manufacturer of Lever Assembly Hand Brake(PKB). Otsuka Venus is currently supplying Part to the Maruti
Suzuki, Honda, Nissan and G.M.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-
 System as well as process audit as per audit plan.
 Check effectiveness of QPCR (Countermeasure Report) .
 Prepare Worst Supplier Improvement Plan as per supplier rejection ppm.
 Prepare supplier performance rating, Quality rating and make trend charts.
 Reduce the supplier rejection ppm by regular audits & Monitoring of action taken on previous problems.
 Overall Controlling & Monitoring of Receipt part Quality.
 Work as a team member with Engg dept. To Improve part quality involve in Developement & Tool trial ,
Layout inspection for new project .
