 Data Cleansing: Filter all the master data received from locations &
compilation in different SAP uploading templates.
 Data Migration: Data migration to SAP through BDC programs for
uploading.
 Training Material: Preparation of Training manuals and PPT presentations for
training activities.
 Conducting Work-Shop: Arrangement of training sessions for Power Users.
 UAT: Conducting User Acceptance Training Work-shops at Locations and
providing test scripts.
 Preparation of Testing Documents for UT, IT & BRT.
 Unit Testing: Testing for thorough checking of module related data and processes.
 Integration Testing: Testing of all the processes in integration with different SAP
modules (FI, CO, MM) and resolve the queries of BPO’s.

 Cross Module Requirements: Cross Module related discussions with FI, CO
& MM modules.

Unit Testing -Individual module data and process testing.
Integration Testing: Module testing in line with cross modules.
 Business Regression Testing: Testing of existing business processes with
other modules before go-live.
 Training: Providing module related training to concerned user’s.

C) SUPPORT PROJECT:-
 Providing Support to all the above mentioned projects of SAP PM Module
(Since July-2009 to till date) .

 Data Cleansing & Updation : Cleansing of SAP-PM module related master data
and Uploading.
 Trouble Shooting: Provide timely solutions/workaround to all Locations
requests on PM modules including on call support & trouble shooting
problems.
 User Reviews: Organizing timely PM Module user review sessions for
establishing better understanding and gathering of current and future
requirements.
 To Monitor and control of entire Plant Maintenance and execution cycle in SAP
to get the optimum utilization of resources available.
 Induction Training: Providing induction training to new incumbents.
 User Training: Providing PM Module training to users via webinar.
 Conduct the month-end activities of PM-Module at central level.
 Impact analysis of changes across modules/Functional areas.
 To co-ordinate with all the Cross-Modules (FI, CO.MM) for smooth Operation.
