Help Desk Analyst at GSN Games (November 2015-present)
I provide technical support on Mac OS X and Windows systems for employees of GSN Games while
assisting in the maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and server systems using the
JIRA project management tool. I facilitate hardware repairs and upgrades when needed and set up video
conferences using BlueJeans conferencing software and the Polycom video system.
Genius at Apple Inc: (June 2014-November 2015)
I supported customers and teammates in the repair and troubleshooting of Mac desktops, laptops, iOS
devices. I practiced a positive and flexible attitude in a fast-paced retail environment, and I actively sought
feedback in order to help the team grow. I also obtained all necessary Apple Retail, Family Room
Specialist, and Genius training certifications and qualifications.
Tekserve (Apple Premium Service Provider and retail store):
While employed at Tekserve as a Macintosh Technician, I did software and hardware repair and
configuration for businesses and individuals on current and vintage Apple devices, while offering
troubleshooting support to customers and building collaborative relationships with them so they can learn
more about Apple products. I also communicated frequently with Apple via Global Service Exchange to
obtain necessary service parts and diagnostics. In addition to being a flexible and enthusiastic member of
a small tech team, I helped to support the specialists with device intake appointments and created an
efficient workflow for the service department.

Studios:
I work as an assistant engineer on mixing and recording sessions in many different musical genres,
including classical, jazz, rock, hip-hop, and ADR for film. With a background as a musician and classical
training in music theory, I was a versatile part of several recording studios in the New York metro and tri-
state areas. I also participated in the installation and maintenance of the studios, including wiring,
soldering, basic repairs on audio equipment, calibration and maintenance of analog tape machines
(Studer, Otari), and technical support on both Mac and Windows platforms. While at Pyramid Recording
Studios, I created content for the studio website and promoted the studio through social media.

I worked as a freelance camera assistant on various films, commercials, and television shows, including
The Apprentice and America's Next Top Model. As a member of the camera department, I helped to
manage 16mm, 35mm, and HD camera equipment and supported the director of photography’s needs
while on set.
Teaching/Education: 2001-Present
I participated in the 2008 Maine Media Workshops as an instructor in the Camera Assistant class,
demonstrating the proper assembly, operation, and maintenance of an Arriflex 235 camera. Shortly after, I
worked as a teaching assistant at New York Film Academy in their 35mm Panavision camera class. I also
have experience as a junior counsellor at the Charles River Creative Arts Program for two summers,
where I assisted and instructed in various visual art, web design, and graphic design classes. Recently,
while at Apple, I have taught several workshops for their One To One members, including Getting Started
