Video Studio Operator, Pearson Education, San Francisco, CA — March 2013 – Present
•Responsible for the production of all video and audio recordings in the video studio and sound booth at the Peachpit
office at Pearson Education in San Francisco, CA.
•Maintain and operate the Peachpit Video Studio which includes 3 cameras, 12 Channel audio mixer, lighting grid,
green screen, teleprompter and a MacPro capture station using mostly Adobe software.
•Recorded over 100 training videos via simultaneous capturing of up to 3 sources including live action and screencast.
•Created innovative shooting styles tailored specifically for different types of video training.
•Recorded and edited dozens of videos of the Adobe LearnbyVideo series for Peachpit as well as several Cicso
certification videos, RedHat certification videos and other computer programming training videos.
Videographer, Ahern Rentals, Las Vegas, NV — January 2006 – February 2013
•Involved in the producing, directing, shooting, and editing for over 300 instructional training videos for the company of
over 1,500 employees. These videos covered topics such as how to maintain company equipment, monthly safety
training and how to fill out company paperwork.
•Produced several management and self-help videos tailored specifically for Ahern Rentals.
•Directed, cameras for comedian George Wallace, acrobatic shows, and all of the live entertainment during the Ahern
Holiday Party in 2006 and 2007.
•Videographer for Newt Gingrich campaign speech during his visit to the Ahern manufacturing factory, February 2012.
•Photographer during factory tour and fundraiser for Danny Tarkanian, including the United States Speaker of the
House,
John Boehner, October of 2012.
•Videographer during Governor Brain Sandoval company tour July of 2012.
•Assisted the Director of Training in hiring new team members.
•Played an instrumental part in the development of a Learning Management System for the company with over 3,000
users.

•Ran the audio board, in-studio cameras, Beta hand-held cameras, teleprompter, and floor directed live newscasts,
special events, and telethons.
•Directed live newscasts with crew of up to 7 people, 2002-2005.
•Implemented automated camera system and was one of the first directors to use it, 2005-2005.
•Created news graphics with strict deadlines.
•Shot and edited the local TV show, “Santa Barbara Treasures”, as well as countless local commercials.
•Floor managed and operated hand-held cameras for Children’s Miracle Network Telethon, Unity Telethon and Mission
for Mentors Telethon, 2003-2006. (Was hired as freelance in 2006)

•Perform on percussion, vocals, and guitar.
