Norman Broadbent Group – the established and trusted corporate advisor to clients ranging from established
corporations to high-growth innovators – is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Drake as a Director in
our Consulting team. Recognised for their expertise in Board and Executive Search, Senior Interim Management,
project-based Talent Solutions, Talent Advisory, Research & Insight and Leadership Consulting, Norman
Broadbent Group partners with clients to help them anticipate and resolve their human capital challenges in
innovative, cost effective and time efficient ways.
Group CEO, Mike Brennan, said: “We are delighted to welcome Tim to the Norman Broadbent Group and our
Leadership Consulting Team. As the world of work changes creating new challenges the importance of making
great people decisions is the most critical driver of organisational success. Our clients are looking for us to

outcomes. Tim has that rare combination of attribute and experience which means he brings that mindset to
every challenge which is in line with our business philosophy and how we want to partner with our clients. In an
ever-changing business world our ability to combine our portfolio of service offerings and leverage our unique
insights and capabilities, combined with Tim’s experience means we are uniquely placed to help our clients on
their people challenges and succeed in the world of work.
About Tim Drake: Tim spent the first stage of his career in the UK FMCG sector where he gained experience at
senior level in the sales, marketing and customer service areas. Staying within the world’s biggest brewer, he
then transitioned into HR where he was responsible for driving change and transformation in the leadership and
talent management space across Europe. Tim’s second career stage saw him move into Talent Consultancy.
Here, he works with clients to help them develop and implement solutions to meet the challenges created by
the New World of Work, with specific experience in the manufacturing, finance and pharma sectors. Tim is also
an experienced coach and facilitator, working with both individual and teams at all levels up to and including C
suite to build effectiveness and drive success.
