• Produced accurate and effective documents, reports, memos and proposals
• Provided bookkeeping support, which included invoicing, banking and payroll
• Initiated and implemented electronic calendar system and backups, which ensured Principal stayed
current with his daily schedules
• Screened approximately 30 daily telephone calls, inquiries request and handled them when appropriate
• Reviewed and issued all Department of Buildings’ required documentation and drawings on a timely
basis
