 On-site concierge and ticket salesperson for largest outsourcing company in New
York City. Dispatched to variety of hotels served by the company, from small
boutique properties to huge hotels, such as the Hilton and Sheraton.
 Serve individuals and groups (including large conferences) to provide information
regarding available tours, theatre and concert tickets and transportation, with a view
towards maximizing sales while enhancing guests’ experience with the property as
well as New York City.
 Sell tickets consistent with company objectives. Usually exceed sales goals and
