Drill Log Analyst Responsibilities
I. Checking regularly all logs (depth, time, real time) are updating, for
each assigned rig, upload surveys of all wells.
II. Monitor proactively all wells assigned to Concerned Pod, check
parameters are coming or not and have proper value. If in a given
section, weshould get specified parameters and not getting then
contact Wits provider (NOV, Canrig, Pason) and Omron feed. If any
deviation is observed fromwell report and planned well path inform
Team Lead. InformClients (Marathon, Devon, Chesapeake, BHP)
when necessary. Using Gateway Console& Darp Direct software
during Rig-Up & Sync Time-Depth log.
III. Keep Tracking on New well online list and Est. Spud and providebest
data quality to clients, Preparereports on daily basis for every well
keep updating each well status.
IV. Create/Update the tickets with proper documentation and
comments in a timely manner in Protrack Ticketsystem.
V. Check and verify that data is being received and delivered for all
required WITS channels on all the rigs of the pod.
VI. Conduct troubleshooting for the issues that affect our services.
VII. Communicate regularly with Moblize analytics staff and
management. Deal with client query.
VIII. Check previous tickets on same well/rig and resolution. (For creating
new tickets).
IX. Create separate tickets for different problems.
X. Check all the ticket fields. (ServiceProvider, Group, Category, Sub-
category, Mode, Level, SupportRep and all other relevant fields).
XI. Check AlarmTime, Creation Time, Notifications, Last Update, Last
follow-up, Pending Follow-Up, Pending Response, take regular follow
up on tickets, f0llow proper escalation matrix and keep track of each
step. Resolveissue in minimum time.
XII. Record the new information/update Regarding Resolution, Service
Provider Change, rig moved to other region.
XIII. Resolution/last update on the closed tickets.
XIV. Check rig/well status on assigned pod. Check for rig-moves and skids
and reportto lead.
XV. Communicate with client after proper interaction with Shift Lead.
XVI. Monitor plots like Connection plot, Tool face plot, Torqueand drag
plot, Multi-well connections, Clean up cycles, days Vs Depth, Pump
Cycles, cross Plots, NPTanalysis.
XVII. Check configuration of wells on Moblize side, check router and Moxa
status, scrub bad data, backfill the missed data, find data gaps.
XVIII. Check we are getting data per second or not. Trouble shooting
technical issueand issues related to WITS and WITSML.
XIX. Using Darp Direct softwareduring troubleshooting, Rig-Up &making
different jobs.
XX. Perform& Usedifferent Information TechnologicalTasks;, LogmeIn,
Darp Direct, ProTRACK, Dude, Welldrive, Ticketing Tool, Nport
search utility,
XXI. Deliver a Handover to Reliever which involves telling him about new
issues observed during monitoring and follow up of Existing Issues.
