This document summarizes a project to address ventilation and temperature control issues in a studio at Ambedkar University. It identifies several current problems: suffocating heat with no air movement in parts of the room; warm spots that the AC units cannot control due to large gaps in the faulty false ceiling above them; and water leakage through the ceiling from the roof drainage system. Short, mid, and long term goals are proposed to remedy these issues, such as installing standing fans, tower AC units, ceiling fans, and eventually repairing the ceiling and adding windows. Stakeholders like students, faculty, administration, and maintenance departments are mapped. Diagrams analyze the layout, classification of ideas, and relationships between stakeholders.
