The webinar covered a variety of business topics over the past 12 months. The current webinar focused on building a culture of constant and never-ending improvement (CANI) within a business. It discussed why CANI is important, developing a CANI culture, committing time and resources to prioritize it, and measuring growth. The webinar provided examples of CANI and advice on holding team members accountable to continuously challenge themselves and improve both personally and professionally.
