Financial Process Consultant (Executive)
Responsibilities:
Project Accounting Analyst:-
Setting up of projects in Oracle (PCF) for T& M, Fixed and Deliverable projects
Generating invoices as per contract
Revenue funding and budget to the project
Fixed events and deliverable events for project billing
Transfer/split of hours and expenses from one project to another
Follow up with Project Manager for invoice approval and time card issue
Responsible for adding tasks and adding resources to project as per management requirement
Working on month end report such as WIP report for unbilled project
Cash Applications:-
Apply invoices against cash remittances received. Data analysis and communication
Co-ordination with teams such as cash, Accounts Payable, Internal teams as well in US, Canada.
Extracting daily reports from Bank portal and Oracle.
Account reconciliation and analysis of unapplied cash on customer accounts.
UK Finance:-
Cost centres request creation, reactivation and deactivation
Cost Transfer, Cost Centre change & Cost Re-calculations
Manually Creating and End dating the employees into Oracle system
Responsible for all the month-end activity
Uploading Exchange rate file monthly and running streamline and posting the journals
