Treasury:

Budgeting & Forecasting:
Involving in Budgeting activities, & helping to prepare budget at store level, DC & Region level.

Tracking the actual with the budget & publishing variance analysis to Top Management.
Finance & Accounts
Overviewing the corporate office accounting.
Monthly, quarterly & yearly financial closing. In line with internal & statutory audit.
Developing and updating accounting, finance and management policies and procedures.
Non-Trade payment & closing reconciliation with vendors.
Statutory payment recon & processing the payment (Excise, ST, VAT, TDS, PF, ESI, WCT) as per schedule.
Over viewing day to day accounting done by subordinates, and evaluating the Trail Balance during month
end.
