About Company: Al Yousuf Motors is one of recognized reputed & big house of automobile
Industry in UAE. It established in 1969 with Daihatsu franchise and then it has grown
with establishing many automobile showrooms, service & parts center in UAE. Currently
it is whole sole distributor of multiple automobile brands (Yamaha, Suzuki, Daihatsu,
Daewoo, Phoenix, Sino and DFSK). And it has around 40 branches in overall UAE.
Main Responsibilities:
 Preparing monthly financial management reporting of different location of companies
(Showroom’s) as compared to previous to month reports & budgets.
 Preparing complete variance report with monthly management report to advise cost savings
opportunities.
 Preparing budgets for different showrooms of companies complying with operations, marketing
& sales manager’s requirement. (involved with the manager)
 Making analysis of product wise GP for the showroom to report for the performance of each
product on the specific month
 Reviewing & reconciling all ledgers on monthly basis to ensure the posting of respective journal
entries in the system for conforming month ending closing procedures.
 Supervising the branch accountants to oversee the daily accounting activities required to
maintain general ledger in all respects
 Preparing of allocation of intercompany & Intra Company expenses on the basis appropriate
share (cost basis, sales budget) & passing necessary entries for according to allocation.
 Analyzing stock ageing identify provisions required for slow moving and obsolete stock.
 Analyzing receivable ageing for overdue receivables to identify provisions required and to
ensure effective credit policy.
 Preparing various reconciliation reports on monthly basis Bank, stock, Accounts Payable,
Accounts receivables, various intra & intercompany receivable& payable.
 Complete record of Fixed Assets Module (Acquisitions, dispositions, Assets Retirement,
Depreciation, FA Schedule calculation, Reconciliation, Periodic Audit etc.)
 Calculating sales commission of Al Yousuf Motors staff and after approval making payments
 Calculation of monthly staff salary & provision of benefits.
 Making all types of payments related to local & overseas Suppliers & Staff after verifying
documents & requesting disbursements.
 Being involved in the Oracle R12 Financing & Accounting Module implementation
