Dynamic, result-oriented and professionally certified with 9 years of experience in a wide spectrum of Finance and
Accounts Management with multinational companies. Following are the major highlights of my professional career:
 Spearheading efforts in the development of End-to-End processing mapping of Inventory to Cost of Sales (I2C) in
Almarai Company.
 Initiated to develop Company Finance procedures in a way to map with GLs; earlier this practice was not being
followed.
 Devising & reviewing Company policies & procedures related to Manufacturing & Distribution Operations, Sales,
Procurement, Payable & Receivable and Fixed Assets, etc ; and suggesting effective controls to prevent illegal,
unethical, or improper conduct by following COSO framework and best practices.
 Initiated to enhance the scope of FPRC (I2C) by inclusion of Cost Accounting matters in the action plan, which were
neglected earlier by the department. For example review of Backflush accounting, Loss in process and Non
process loss, Production order settlement, Inventory provisioning and Finished Goods Revaluation accounts..
 Conducting awareness sessions / trainings for the finance staff at Manufacturing, Distribution and Sales locations in
order to refresh their knowledge about Company policies & procedures and best practices.
 Visiting Manufacturing, Distribution and Sales locations as per plan in order to make sure placed Internal Control are
being followed, and report to management with appropriate solution if any non-compliance/ deviation noted.
