 Cash Flow & Balance Sheet Preparation & evaluation.
Budgeting:
 Involving in Budgeting activities, allocating budget at store level, DC & Region level.
 Analyzing the budgeted number with past trend & future plans.
 Tracking the actual with the budget & publishing variance analysis to Top Management.
