Job Responsibilities:
 Prepared records of daily activities of staff and updated the same to the TSM.
 To co-ordinate with SSDs and get their service area’s issues resolved by them.
 Keep an eye on SSD’s SR and activation SLA and performance.
 To co-ordinate with concern department or person for critical service issues and
