Day Task
Monday Begin info graphic No.1 production: rotoscope images
Tuesday Complete info graphic No.1 production: put together all assets, to create finished page
Wednesday Info graphic No.2 production (am): rotoscoping image and combining with text
Produce back cover (pm): put together info graphic No.2 and additional logos in a layout for
back page
Thursday Produce front cover: rotoscope images, create text and place all components together to
create front page
Day Task
Monday Begin ‘Editors Note’ production: write out text needed with chosen font
Tuesday Complete ‘Editors Note’ production: arrange text on page and add additional images,
boarders, text etc.
Begin Fact file production: begin rotoscoping of images
Wednesday Complete Fact file production: complete rotoscoping of images and write out text in chosen
font (am) arrange all components on page
Thursday Begin multipage article production: rotoscope any needed images, type out all text in
selected fonts and gather any other needed components
Week 2

8. Week 3
Day Task
Monday Complete Multipage article production: arrange all components to
create page layout for all pages
Tuesday Begin compiling booklet: put all pages into InDesign and arrange into
decided order
Wednesday Complete compiling booklet: make any adjustments needed to pages
and add any additional backgrounds, page numbers etc.
Thursday Review work and undertake any final adjustments/ improvements
