RECOMMENDATIONS
The surveys and national population censuses or household survey must present to
respondents below and above the certain age, where illiteracy reported. The question of
“can you read and write?” can not enough to justify the literacy of the individuals
because either posses or do not when in reality, literacy is a multi- dimensional skill that
exists on a continuum.
In many cases surveys ask only one individual to report literacy on behalf of the entire
household. Hence the situation must change and start to ask person and give their truth
information.
The gender discrimination and bad traditional believes must eradicated in the
communities in order to increase the number of people who are literacy in society and
in country at all
The governmental and non-governmental organization required to play great role in
increase literate rate through rise awareness of important of education and through
donations and give the grants the nations for education issues such as building the
infrastructures of school and good attractive environment to the workers and students.
