1. Efe Ogbe – Efe is an LLB honours graduate of the University of Benin, Edo State and a B.L
from Nigerian Law School in 1999 and 2001 respectively. Efe driven by the passion for
service delivery in all facets veered off the legal profession to the corporate business world.
Between 2002 and 2011, she has worked in various organizations in different capacities
from Romi Oil and Gas as Head Human Resources, in Vmobile/Celtel Nigeria Limited (now
Airtel Nigeria) as Senior Consultant Customer Interaction Centre. Further career fulfillment
has led her to join United Bank of Africa(UBA) and later Afribank Plc (now Mainstreet Bank
Limited) as Head, Contact Centre in Afribank Nigeria Plc and later the Head, Corporate
Clientele Services Mainstreet Bank Limited. She has a decade of work experience in
Customer Service/excellent service delivery processes/methodologies and has been in
charge of various projects (midsize to large) which include Customer Service Training
Programmes, Setting up Call-centers, providing Customer Care Solutions(structures,
processes, management tools).She became a Certified Customer Service Trainer in 2007.
Her passion for excellent service delivery as is reflected in her resume has been the driving
force in making her mark in the various service industries Telecomms, Banking and now
Aviation.
Omo Akeju- Dr Omo is a medical Practitioner, a graduate from University of Lagos where
she obtained her Medical degree. She has over 10 years’ experience in the health sector.
She is a business partner in QVC Concierge and the Head, Medical Concierge Services. Dr.
Omo has worked in top medical facilities in Lagos which include Reddington, Radmed
Diagnostic Centre, and Rodin hospital.
Abosede Adeniyi- Ticketing Officer- Bose has a diploma in ticketing and reservation from
Lagos State Aviation School. She has worked as a front desk officer at Haliburton Energy and
later with QVC concierge for 2years as ticketing officer.
