2. What is color?
You live in a world that is full of colors. Colors have
great influences on your mood. Looking through artworks
and paintings can help you know and feel the visual artist
emotions. Colors can tell a lot about fear, joy, and
sadness. Dark colors are penchant for using shades of
black and gray says a lot about sadness, fears, anger,
worries, depressions, and frustrations. While brilliant color
suggest a lot about happiness. But sometimes, bright
colors are linked with aggressiveness.
3. There are three types of colors:
1. Primary color – it is the red, blue, and yellow.
2. Secondary color – it is the mixture of primary color.
3. Tertiary color – are mixture of the primary and the
secondary color
4. The Different Color Schemes
1) Monochromatic color scheme – it uses similar colors with
different tints and shades.

to each other int the color wheel. It sets the mood in art
composition.
